The holiday season is upon us! If you haven’t already started your Christmas shopping, now is the time to get it done! I don’t know about you guys, but stockings are one of my favorite parts of Christmas morning. Seriously, give me a stocking over a wrapped gift any day. There’s something about a cute little stocking or bag filled to the brim with a bunch of littles and minis of your favorite things that really makes me excited.
Today I’m sharing stocking stuffer ideas for the women in your life, all under $20. Some are the standard stocking stuffers you love and expect, but I’ve thrown in a couple unique finds that any woman is sure to enjoy!
- Five Year Journal $15
The Five Year Journal is a really thoughtful stocking stuffer. Each day, you answer a question with a sentence or two, and over five years you can see how your answers change as you go through life. It’s a great stocking stuffer for anyone who is embarking on a new phase of life. I got one in my stocking last year and have been filling it out daily!
- Minimergency Kit $18
An essential for any woman, a Minimergency kit contains 17 beauty and personal care essentials such as earring backs, stain remover, dental floss, nail polish remover pad, pain reliever, clear nail polish, a tampon, and more. This tiny emergency kit can be easily thrown into your purse and is guaranteed to bail you out of any fashion or personal care emergency. I got one for the women in my family last year and they were a hit!
- Lotion $5
You can’t go wrong giving lotion as a stocking stuffer. This time of year, skin is prone to dryness from the cold, and everyone goes through it so fast! Bath and Body Works lotion is always popular and they have a lot of holiday scents such as Twisted Peppermint, Winter Candy Apple, and Gingerbread Latte. Bath and Body Works mini lotions are perfect for any woman’s stocking.
- Oversize Key Ring $18
The best stocking stuffers are the ones that serve a purpose. Who doesn’t need a stylish new key ring to organize their car and house keys? This oversize gold key ring is a must for any on-the-go girl.
- Nail Files $2
Nail files are essential to any manicure, making them a perfect addition to any stocking. Not to mention, they’re under $2 for a pack of two! They’re perfect for throwing in your bag or nail kit.
- Rollerball Fragrance $20
Another stocking stuffer favorite: a mini rollerball of their favorite perfume! If you know what kind of scents everyone likes, a rollerball or mini spray of their favorite is sure to be a hit this year. My personal favorites are Viktor & Ralf’s Flowerbomb, Ralph Lauren Midnight Romance, and Kate Spade New York Walk on Air.
- Bath Bomb $5.25
Another thing you can’t go wrong with: a bath bomb from Lush. Everyone loves them and they have one for every kind of taste. My personal favorite this December is Stardust, which is a blend of rosewood, vanilla, and bergamot.
- Lip Balm $3.49
Everyone needs some extra lip balm during chilly winters to avoid chapped lips! Eos lip balm is always a fun stocking stuffer. They are relatively cheap and last a long time! Vanilla Mint is perfect for winter.
- Hair Ties $5.99
Hair ties, pony holders, hair elastic…whatever you call ’em, almost every woman needs more because they disappear way too quickly! My newest obsession is the hair ties that are made out of soft fabric instead of elastic. They don’t leave creases in your hair when you take your hair down and are more gentle on your hair.
- Mini Favorites $3
What’s cuter than the travel size version of your favorite products?? You can never go wrong with a mini hairspray and dry shampoo.
- Makeup Remover Wipes $6.99
I don’t know about you guys, but I go through makeup remover wipes crazy fast. Most women I know would love to have an extra pack of these hanging around the house. You know, for those days when you need to take your makeup off but are too lazy to wash your face…oops.
- Cozy Socks $12
Treat your feet to some cozy socks. My pick this year is these pink chenille slipper socks. These are perfect for wearing at home during those frigid winter months!
- Nail Polish $9
Last but not least, nail polish is always a perfect stocking stuffer. Metallics are really in this year, so I’ve picked out a pretty silver. I absolutely love Essie nail polish. It paints incredibly easy and is better than half of the other stuff at the drug store.
