Self-care during pregnancy is essential. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and in the “sweet spot” of pregnancy. I’m past the not-so-fun first trimester that was filled with never-ending nausea and fatigue, and not quite to the third trimester, which I hear is not so comfortable either as baby grows bigger and the fatigue often returns. During the second trimester, I’ve been making it more of a priority to make time for “me” as we get closer and closer to meeting baby Anderson in October.
